About Bonnie

Bonnie grew up and resides in Rural N.E. Minnesota, spending a lot of time outside and in the woods.  She is a devoted watercolorist, loving the magic and mystery of watercolor.

She is a self-taught artist who paints a variety of subjects.  Her specialty, however, is portraits of any kind.  She has won top honors from numerous shows in this five-state region.

She takes a realistic approach to her painting, even the small things we have a tendency to walk by. Her goal, above all, is to tell a story, where it is a short moment a closeup, the flow of time or memories.

She’s in the process of converting an old family farmhouse into a studio and art shop.
